Have you made my Pumpkin Soup yet? Well, if you haven’t yet I hope you will take my advice and cook up a batch this week! I have revamped the recipe a bit and updated it on the blog. It is especially delicious when served with Grown Up Grilled Cheese: Sourdough, Havarti, and Pesto.
This soup is incredibly healthy too. If you are a Weight Watcher, its only 2 points for 1 1/2 cups! I hope this soup becomes a delicious addition to your Fall Kitchen Repertoire. 🙂
